Past life regression is an experience that often brings questions before the first session. Many people wonder whether they will be in control, whether they will remember what happens, or whether the process is similar to what they have seen in films. These thoughts are completely natural, especially when the experience feels so personal and inner.
In reality, Past Life Regression is a gentle guided experience where you remain present and aware. You do not lose control, and you do not do anything you do not want to do. The process unfolds at your own pace, within an environment of respect, calm and safety.
What Does It Mean to Be in Hypnosis?
Hypnosis does not necessarily mean sleep. It is more like a state of deep relaxation and inner focus. The body may soften, the mind may become quieter and your attention may turn inward.
In this state, images, memories, sensations or emotions may arise. You do not need to force them, interpret them immediately or experience them in a “correct” way. You simply observe what comes up, with guidance and support.
Can I Stop If I Do Not Feel Comfortable?
Yes. During the session, you can speak, pause or stop at any moment. The experience never moves beyond what feels safe and manageable for you.
Feeling safe is an essential part of the process. This is why, before the session begins, there is space for conversation, questions and preparation, so you know what to expect.
Will I Remember What Happened?
In most cases, people remember their experience. You may remember images, emotions, words or moments that felt meaningful. Some details may feel very clear, while others may be softer or more distant, as often happens with deep inner experiences.
The most important thing is not to remember everything perfectly. It is to create space for what appears and gently notice what meaning it may hold for you.
Each session is recorded with the client’s consent, and the recording is sent to him/her within 24 hours from the hypnosis session.
Do I Need to Believe in Past Lives?
Not necessarily. Past life regression can be experienced differently by each person. Some people approach it spiritually, while others see it as a symbolic way to connect with deeper emotions, patterns or inner images.
If you would like to explore the process with more ease, you can book an introductory appointment or explore other inner connection practices, such as NLP & Coaching and Intuitive Harmony.
Past life regression is complementary and does not replace medical diagnosis, medical treatment or psychotherapeutic support.
