What is yoga to us?
Yoga is much more than exercise. It is a sacred practice of presence—a pathway back to yourself through breath, movement and stillness. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or advanced—what matters is to be present.
What to expect from the classes?
Each class adapts to the needs of the group and each person. A session may include:
- Flow of asanas (postures) with respect for the body
- Focus on breath (pranayama)
- Practice of inner observation
- Short meditations or relaxation practices
- Support for grounding and inner balance


The yoga instructor:
Christiana Rapsmaniki Vrachlioti is a certified yoga instructor with many years of teaching experience, seminar training and a holistic approach. She combines technical precision with deep empathy, holding space for genuine connection, vitality and joy through yoga. Spots are limited, so we kindly ask that you book by the day before.
