Sometimes we know exactly what is troubling us, yet we still find ourselves unable to change it.

It may be a fear that keeps returning, an emotional reaction that feels stronger than the situation itself, a persistent feeling of anxiety, or an experience from the past that continues to influence the way we live today.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as Tapping, is a gentle approach that combines focused attention on a specific issue with light tapping on selected acupressure points on the body.

During the process, we are not trying to erase our experiences or force ourselves to feel differently. Instead, we create a safe space where the body and nervous system can process what they have been carrying.

Behind many emotional challenges lie experiences, feelings, and beliefs that were formed at different stages of life. As these experiences are acknowledged and explored safely, emotional intensity often begins to soften, creating space for greater calm, clarity, and freedom.

EFT may be helpful for:

  • Stress and anxiety
  • Fears and phobias
  • Grief and loss
  • Low self-esteem
  • Emotional trauma
  • Guilt and shame
  • Limiting beliefs
  • Relationship challenges

Every session is unique and adapted to the needs of the individual.

EFT is not about fixing what is wrong with you. It is about reconnecting with yourself and creating space for healing to unfold naturally.

Perhaps the greatest gift of EFT is not that it removes a problem, but that it allows us to meet it with greater safety, understanding, and self-compassion.
